Fried fish in batter


 
Ingredients:
500 g of fish fillet (any of your choice)
salt
pepper
seasoning for fish (optional)
vegetable oil

For the batter:
3 chicken eggs
150-200 g sifted flour
200 ml of milk
spices to taste

Preparation:

Wash the fish fillets, cut into medium size pieces. Season with salt and pepper and season with spices.

Until the fish insisted prepare batter. Beat the eggs, add salt, add the milk and stir. Then slowly add the flour, stirring constantly batter. Make sure that there are no lumps.

Put on a heated pan fish, pre obmoknuv it in batter. Fry in sunflower oil for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Then turn to the other side and fry for another the same time.
