Cheese souffle in a microwave oven (100 g - 120 kcal)


cottage cheese (not granular) - 180-200 g
apple (large) - 1 pc.
egg - 1 pc.
raisins - 30 oz


Apple grate. Add cottage cheese and egg.
All stir with a fork.
Expanded in molds, suitable for the microwave. Souffle does not rise during baking, the molds can be filled up to the top.
Put in the microwave for 5 minutes. Check availability, touching the top of the dessert - if the finger will trace of cottage cheese, bake for another couple of minutes.
