"Cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin and apple"


 - 9% cottage cheese - 250 gr
 - Eggs - 2 pcs.
 - Sugar - 80 gr.
 - 1 sweet apple
 - 120 g pumpkin
 - 0, 5 tsp potato starch

 - 1 tsp flour
 - Butter (for greasing the form)
 - Pumpkin seeds or nuts - optional


Cottage cheese through a sieve, mixed with sugar and eggs.
Pumpkin remove seeds and rind, cut into thin
plates and bake in the oven until soft (about 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200-210 degrees). Punch blender until smooth, cool. If no blender, pumpkin can mash with a fork and rub through a sieve.
Apple peel and core, grate.
Combine cottage cheese and egg mass, pumpkin puree and apple. Add starch and mix well.
Molds for baking grease with butter, sprinkle with flour, dough filled 2/3. Sprinkle with chopped pumpkin seeds or nuts.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
