The Arctic in the lens of Jan Eric Weider (Jan Erik Waider)

German graphic designer and photographer Jan Erik Vader (Jan Erik Waider) repeatedly visited Greenland, Faroe Islands, Iceland and northern Scotland. There, he managed to make a huge amount of amazing shots.

Generally, Jan Eric Weider (Jan Erik Waider) come from Nuremberg and most of the time he spends it there with his family. He first encountered the floating ice blocks in Greenland, in the Disko Bay, near the settlement of Ilulissat. Icebergs loomed in the distance through the haze and the photographer was so impressed that he forgot about the time and cold. Then, Jan Erik decided to come back here. And back repeatedly. Greatness and firmness of ice blocks it literally charmed.
