Tomatoes stuffed with chicken salad and mushrooms


 
Composition:
6 large tomatoes
1 cup of cooked chicken meat (breast, thigh), cut into small cubes
1 cup fried mushrooms (I have mushrooms)
2 tbsp. tablespoons canned corn
2 tbsp. spoon pepper, diced
parsley
green onions
leaf spinach or lettuce

Sauce:
2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon of lemon juice
1 tsp. Mustard non-acute or grainy mustard
2 tbsp. tablespoons mayonnaise
salt, black pepper

Preparation:
Cut off tops of tomatoes, clean pulp. In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the salad, mix separately fork or small whisk the ingredients for the sauce. Salad and stir to fill.
Tomatoes put leaves of spinach or lettuce, salad spoon to spread in tomatoes.

The proportions vary the salad to your taste. Salad can be charged with a mayonnaise as an option.
