500 gr. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. tablespoons gelatin
300 gr. biscuit (purchased or prepared according to any recipe)
strawberries, grapes, currants, kiwi (and possibly other berries)
Method of preparation:
3 tbsp. tablespoons gelatin pour half a glass of cold boiled water for about 30 minutes (until swelling).
Whisk the sour cream with sugar. Heated gelatin until dissolved (do not boil) and enter in the sour cream in a thin stream, stirring occasionally.
Deep bowl was covered with cling film and the bottom lay berries, then a layer break into small pieces of sponge cake, again a layer of berries, etc. All fill with sour cream and gelatin smesyu.Stavim in refrigerator for 2 hours. Gently flip the cake onto a plate.
If the bowl is very deep, fill layers as stacking.
For the sweet tooth: sour grapes sprinkled with powdered sugar.
