Preparation
  1. In a deep pot with a thick bottom send the ghee. On it, roast the finely sliced onions. When he's brown, add pepper and tomato paste. Fry for a few minutes and add some grated carrots.



  2. Fill the cabbage and add it to the carrot onions. Stir and leave to stew under the lid for a while.



  3. In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them in cubes. When the cabbage is a little stewed, add potatoes to the pan.



  4. Beef should be cut in advance into large pieces and boiled until ready in salted water. Add the finished beef to the steak after the potatoes. Pour all the ingredients with broth in which the meat was cooked. Add the bay leaf.



  5. Stir everything and add the grated beets last. Stir all this, add some salt to taste and cook until ready. At the end, add the sliced greens.
