Preparation
  1. Peel and wash the onions, carrots and beets. Onions shallowly cut, carrots and sodium beets on a medium grater. Or use a food processor if you have one.



  2. Roast the onions in vegetable oil. Then also separately roast the carrots and beets.



  3. Boil the beans in advance.



  4. Put everything but beans in a pan. Add tomato paste, salt, sugar and 1-2 cups of water. Put it on a slow fire for 60 minutes. 7-10 minutes before ready add boiled beans. During extinguishing, stir constantly so that it does not burn. 5 minutes before ready, add vinegar.





  5. Put the gas station on sterilized cans and roll it with sterilized lids. Turn the cans over and put them in a blanket until it's cool.



  6. Keep the finished gas station in a dark cool place. I usually keep it in my closet. If necessary, open it. gas-bank and brew borscht. Bon appetit!
