The art of baking a duck with apples and oranges

Duck baked with apple Ingredients
  • 1 duck
  • 3 apples
  • 2 oranges
  • 100g prunes
  • 100g dried
  • 100g canned pineapples
  • bay-leaf
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp hop-suneli
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 cloves of garlic


Preparation
  1. Wash the apples and slice them. Also peel the oranges from the peel and cut them with cubes.


  2. In a small bowl, mix dried apricots, prunes, slices of apples, orange, pieces of pineapple, soy sauce, peeled and crushed garlic, bay leaf and spices.


  3. Wash the duck thoroughly, inside and outside a good salt and pepper.


  4. Tightly start the duck with fruit, then fasten the incision on the abdomen with toothpicks.


  5. Cover the bowl with parchment paper, place a duck on it, and put the remaining fruits around. Lubricate the bird with a liquid from the filling or butter.


  6. Pour half a glass of water into the bowl and bake 2-3 hours at 200 degrees. Do not be afraid that the duck will overdry, apples will not allow this. 15 minutes before cooking, remove the batter from the oven, cover the dish with foil and bake until ready.
