Why mix rice with tomato paste?

Boiled rice is a great base for a side dish or an ingredient for a hearty dish. It is not surprising, because rice itself has a calorie content of about 116 kcal per 100 g of product. Depending on the type of rice, this figure may vary slightly.

Rice with tomato paste Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp rice
  • 1, 8 tables of water

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika

Preparation
  1. Finely chop the onion and roast in sotheinica in vegetable oil until golden.

  3. Add the tomato paste. If it's sour, add some more sugar.


  4. Wash and dry the rice. Send it to the saucer, stir with the onions and roast for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Dilute a glass of water with salt and send it to the rice. Cover the lid and boil it on a minimum heat of 18 minutes.


  6. Turn off the fire and let the rice brew for at least 10 minutes.




This rice is well suited to meat or seafood. They can stuff peppers or make pigeons. Just add a cut cucumber or other vegetable to it and it will be great!
