How to prepare stuffed hams

Preparation
  1. Skin off the chicken legs. Carefully trim the edge of the bone, as in the video below.


  2. Separate the meat from the bone, cut it finely. Try to make the meat mince. Be careful not to damage the knife blade or your own fingers.

  3. In the mince add your favorite spices, salt and dry garlic. It will not give a strong smell, but will emphasize the taste of the dish. If the mince turns out to be too liquid, add to it bread soaked in milk, like cutlets.

  4. Farm the chicken skin with crushed meat. Don't make any cuts around the edges, nothing will fall apart when baking.

  5. Put the stuffed ham in the pan. You can smear them with spices on top. Any one will do. seasoningAs long as you like it.


  6. Bake for 40 minutes at 220 degrees. The resulting chicken can be served as a snack to the festive table or with some kind of side dish.




As practice shows, one ham is enough for exactly one person. But they are so delicious that it would be better to stock them in full. Since there is no bone inside, the legs can be cut or served with rice, mashed potatoes or vegetables.
