Lazy dumplings with minced ingredients
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 bulbs
  • 250 ml of water
  • 500g flour
  • 200g mince
  • salt and pepper


Preparation
  1. If you are frightened by the word dumplings, do not rush to conclusions. They're really lazy. The dough is the simplest. You'll need water, salt and flour for it. Mix salt with water, start adding a little flour, mixing the dough. That's it, nothing else. Dough mix well and leave for 10 minutes under the film.



  2. The carrots are grinded and the onions are ground. Send vegetables to the pan and carcasses until ready. Pour some salt and add some pepper. Add a tablespoon of water there and stir well. Add water until the mince is uniform. It should be well smeared on the dough. You need about 50 ml of water.



  3. The dough is divided into 4 parts. Each roll into a very thin layer. The ground in a thin layer smear throughout the dough, leaving about 1 cm on the sides. Now roll the dough into a tight roll. Exactly how to do this can be seen in the video below. Now this roll is cut into small pieces.

  4. You can also prepare dumplings without mince. To do this, on one of the pieces of dough instead of mince, lay out 2-3 tablespoons of our fried vegetables. Do the same procedure.

  5. Now let's get our dumplings ready. To do this, share some water with the remaining vegetables and put on a medium fire. In the pan, carefully lay out dumplings and volumes under the lid until ready.
