I do not use salads for winter, I make a blank from baked Bulgarian pepper.

Not so long ago I decided to plunge into the world of conservation. I don’t know what winter is going to be like, so I decided to do a little bit. However, I have not yet reached the level of skill to mess with salads, so I decided to start with a simpler one. For example, close the jars of baked pepper. This is what my mother taught me, so I vouch for the recipe.

Editorial "Site" It tells you how to close the baked pepper for the winter. It's so delicious!

Baked pepper Ingredients per jar 0.5 liters

Preparation
  1. I give ingredients on the floor liter jar to make it easier to navigate. I usually twist based on how much pepper I have. So, for that, you'll need thick-skinned red pepper. It is advisable to choose medium peppers. Take the right amount, wash and dry. It is very important: you do not need to clean the pepper, leave the tail and skin.

  2. Spray the peppers with butter and put them on the pan. Bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Make sure it doesn't burn.

  3. Then put the hot pepper in the pan. Clean him of the skin. Cover the lid and wait until it lets out the juice and cools.

  4. Put the peppers in cans. Add all the listed ingredients to each jar. Cut the garlic with plates.

  5. Then pour the pot juice over the cans. It takes 7 minutes to sterilize the cans after boiling. Then wrap and wrap until completely cooled.
