I am afraid to let my child go to the sea with her ex-husband, but she has no money to go.

In July, for the first time, my children go to sea without me. Pavlik and Sonya have been waiting for this adventure for a long time. We used to go to the sea with the whole family. That was before the divorce. Then I took the kids on vacation myself. The former arranged his personal life, enjoyed bachelor days, chose a new woman for a long time. Three years ago I finally decided and married a wonderful girl Vera.

I hope their marriage will be long and happy, but Dima has settled down a bit. Told me I was finally out. Before he met Vera, he even called for marriage. I was already the happy bride of my wife. Our youngest is growing under our hearts. Pasha and Sonya are very much waiting for the birth of their sister, but they were a little disappointed to learn that the birth will be in late July. After all, we always rest on the sea at this time. And with finances now the situation is tense: childbirth, crib, stroller, clothes for a newborn. Sending children to an expensive camp by the sea will not work.



Children spend time with Dima and Vera every two weeks. They have a small apartment, so Vera is giving our offspring a cultural weekend. They go to recreation parks, museums, sometimes ride catamarans on the lake. Two days ago, Vera called me and timidly suggested that Pasha and Sonya go on vacation with Dima this year. I doubted for a long time, especially when I found out that Vera was not going to be with them, she had some scientific conference in another city. But the little ones hung on me with shouts: “Mom, please agree, please, well, we are very asking!”



On the one hand, I'm all for it. It is also an opportunity for children to spend longer with their father, and for Dima to know better than his children breathe. I think they will all remember this holiday. On the other hand, I'm corny afraid. Dmitry is not very responsible, without Vera they can be difficult in some matters. But still, children should be given the opportunity to grow up and prove themselves. It's time for Dima to grow up. Zhenya says they can handle it. I hope everything's really okay.



Dad's not your mom's fun started since the start. Sonya is 2 years older than Pavlik, she is a little more responsible, folded her dress, bathing suits, took even warm clothes, suddenly the evenings will be cold. Paul is all over his dad: “What do I need on the sea, except for my swimsuits, Mom?” The main thing is to take the swimmers.” Dima saw Sophia’s fat backpack and began to convince her to leave half of her belongings at home. He says that if we suddenly buy a wardrobe on the spot, there is no need to drag a closet with us on vacation.



The pavilion of his father’s invitation to empty the backpack did not wait and changed half of his clothes for cars and other toys. Um, maybe that'll make the trip more memorable. At least the wardrobe will be updated, a nice souvenir.

My ex-husband and I very much welcome independence in children, but I decided to collect the first aid kit separately. Dima, too, did not hope, I doubt that he would have remembered about the drugs before the first poisoning with shrimp. I put money and from abdominal pain, and from temperature, and sunscreens, and against allergies. I folded everything into a makeup flower. I gave it to Dima in order to take it with me in a suitcase. She hugged everyone, blessed them for a good rest, said goodbye.



Unforgettable adventures I worry about all of them. Yevgeny assures me that they will cope. And I understand that, I want that to happen too. But I'm still twitching. Yesterday I met Vera, found out that a colorful makeup kit with a first aid kit in the corridor remained. I didn't fit into the suitcase, so Dima laid it out. Well, I hope it doesn't ruin the kids and the former vacation.



In the end, they went to rest, not to get sick. I look forward to their return and the stories of how I spent the first summer with my dad. I am grateful to Vera and Dima that they figured out how to arrange Pavlika and Sonia a real sea summer. Not everyone is so lucky. For some reason, many people believe that children after a divorce are the responsibility of the mother alone. And, accordingly, children’s rest is also her concern.
