Ingredients for them need only the simplest, even a child copes with cooking, and the result will pleasantly surprise not only the appetizing appearance, but also the wonderful taste.

- 1 tbsp (160g) flour
- 100g cold butter
- 50 ml of cold water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- vegetable-oil

- 1 tbsp frozen cherry
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp starch
- 2 tbsp water
Preparation
- Mix sifted flour with sugar and salt.
- Chop the butter out of the fridge in pieces and mix it with flour.
- Pour the ice water and knead the dense dough.
- Wrap the dough in food film and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the cherries into small pieces.
- Mix the cherries with powdered sugar and starch. Add water, stir and send to the tile on a medium fire.
- Bring the mixture to thickening. This will take about three minutes.
- Wait for the filling to cool down to start forming cakes.
- Put the deep frying warm in advance.
- Roll the dough into a thin sheet. The compartments are round edges, leaving a rectangular piece. Divide it into thin rectangles.
- Prepare a mixture of eggs and milk to lubricate the edges of the cakes.

- Put on half of each strip a teaspoon of filling. Cover it with the second half and connect the edge with a fork.
- Dip the formed cakes in hot vegetable oil. Keep them in oil for about 2-3 minutes.
