What happens if you mix foam and flour, I share a great recipe

The other day I came across fast-bread with one unusual ingredient. And this is exactly the case when I wanted to cook a dish, at least for the sake of interest. The fact is that instead of water in this recipe you need to use the favorite foam drink of many men. And what happens from this, I will tell you later in the article.



To prepare an unusual bread, you will need only 3 main ingredients, as well as salt and baking powder. The recipe for fast bread is so simple that even the most inexperienced hostess can cope with its preparation. This is the case when you do not need to mix the dough for a long time and wait for it to fit. It won't take more than 5 minutes. Perfect!

The ingredients
  • 200g premium wheat flour
  • 100g whole wheat flour
  • 400ml foamy drink
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • sesame or other seeds as desired


Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, sift both types of flour. Then add salt and baking powder to the mixture. Stir everything thoroughly.
  2. Then pour a foam drink into the flour mixture. With the help of a corolla, combine dry ingredients with liquid. Stir the dough until all the lumps of flour are gone. Then let him literally stand for 5 minutes.

  3. The rectangular form for baking bread is abundantly lubricated with vegetable oil. This recipe used a shape size of 30 by 11 cm. Put some flour on the top. This trick is called the French shirt. If you do not want to play with butter and flour, feel free to use ordinary parchment paper.
  4. Pour the dough into the baking mould. Pour the future bread with sesame or other seeds. This is an optional stage, but so baking turns out to be more elegant and fragrant. You can use white or black sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

  5. Bake bread in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. 5 minutes before ready, move the bread grille under the very top of the oven so that the crust is properly brewed.
  6. After baking, take the bread out of the form and let it cool completely on the grille. Done!

According to this recipe, bread is obtained with an unusual wet texture. If you want the pastry to come out more porous and dry, add a little more flour to the dough. Such breads are perfect as the basis for festive sandwiches for Easter. I wonder if the guests will guess what you made it out of.
