What the soloist of the group “Nogu brought” Maxim Pokrovsky sings about in his new song and why it does not like many of his compatriots
A couple of days ago, the famous Russian rock band “Nogu brought” released a new video called “Generation Z”. In it, Maxim Pokrovsky, the leader of the group, said that he thinks about what is happening and put everything on shelves.
YouTube Edition "Site" He tells what the musician sings about in the song and why it did not please many of his compatriots.
After the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russian stars took different positions. Someone supported the current government, someone chose to remain silent. But there are those who directly and unvarnished condemned the criminal actions of Russia. Among them was Maxim Pokrovsky from the group “Nogu brought down”.
First Pokrovsky released the first anti-war composition “We do not need war!”. With this song we will ask forgiveness from the Ukrainian people for everything that is done on their land by those who were either deceived to kill or those whose brains are intoxicated by propaganda. We will not ask for everyone else, let them figure out how they will look into the eyes of their children.”

The song caused a storm of indignation. In the comments under the video on YouTube came all dissatisfied and, to summarize, wished the musicians to burn in hell. Russian music venues did not want to place the song. And on YouTube Music in Russia, it opened only with a VPN. Due to numerous complaints, there is no access at all.
Instagram's "Generation Z" All these comments inspired the musician to create another track. They dedicated it to the countrymen who support the war and called it Generation Z. In the latest clip, Pokrovsky sits over a barrel of fire and burns everything the Russians have blown over the past 20 years: a big country, democracy and an oil pipe.
The video uses real comments of compatriots who disagree with the position of the musician. Maxim wrote on his Facebook page: In the video, we use comments from those who do not understand anything and are not used to using their heads for their intended purpose. This is just what our video is about.”
The new song is about propaganda, slavish mentality, aggression and belief in all the lies that flow from the TV. Pokrovsky tries to shout to his countrymen and show what Russia has become. It says, “Russians, we went wild, but we weren’t so dangerous as we moaned.” And now they are ready to tear their teeth for the right to die as slaves.

I think the composition was very strong. I would like to believe that these words will help to reach someone. I am glad that among the citizens of Russia there are still those who are ready to defend their position.
While Russian artists are trying to convey the truth to their compatriots, the Russian authorities prohibit entry into the country to Ukrainian stars who also spoke out against the war. Russia does not welcome those who try to tell the truth and defend their position.

What do you think of Maxim Pokrovsky’s new song?
This year I decided to bake unsweetened cakes, use a proven recipe.
When my uncle turned 50, he was replaced, thinks all 50-year-old ladies are too old.
