- 350g flour
- 200 ml of boiled water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil in dough
- 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for lubricating flatbreads

Preparation
- Ask for flour in a deep bowl. Make a depression in the flour. Add salt to it, a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Gradually pour boiling water, mixing the dough with a spoon.
- When the dough is thick enough, keep kneading it with your hands.
- Transfer the finished dough into a plastic bag. Put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the green onions. This is one of the easiest filling options for our cakes. In addition, in the filling you can use cottage cheese, cabbage, potatoes and any fresh greens.
- Put the rested dough on a table sprinkled with flour. Roll it out of a thick flagellum and divided into 4 equal parts.
- Put three away and put a towel on them so they don't get winded. And roll the fourth part into a thin round cake.
- Grease the cake with butter. Then put on it a quarter of the sliced onions.
- Roll the onion-covered cake into the tube.
- Plug her edges. Then roll the tube into the snail.
- Parchment and oil the baking. Put some cakes on him. Cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.
- After the specified time, press the cakes with your hand, making them flattened.
- Oil on top. Make holes all over the surface with a fork.
- Send the bowl to the oven, heated to 250 degrees, for about 15 minutes.
