Potato cutlets Ingredients

Preparation
  1. The original recipe had to take pork and some lard. Pass through the meat grinder and mix together. Store minced meat already has an obscene amount of fat in the mince, so our cutlets won't be too dry. Soak a third of the white brick bread with milk. 10 minutes is enough, and the bread should not be completely fresh.


  2. We squeeze the bread and put it in a blender. We also load the cleaned onions. As an alternative solution, the onions can be rubbed on a fine grater. Sprinkle all the garlic. Yeah, it must be a lot. The fact is that our patties are very good with heat. And the fragrance they will produce... It's very appetizing.


  3. We don’t add eggs, we use potatoes instead. Mix all the ingredients in the blender, add salt and pepper and turn into a homogeneous mass. It's the basis of our cutlets. The resulting mince is well beaten so that it grabs well. We form cutlets and roast them on medium heat from both sides, until the crust is obtained. You can make the fire smaller and make it taste good, but we'll do it differently.


  4. Now half-raw cutlets need to be brought to the desired state. We put them in a comfortable container, better with a thick bottom. We pour a little boiling water and stew under the cover. Half an hour, ready. Cutlets are recommended to be served immediately on the table. They're great!




Because of the abundance of potatoes, it seems that the cutlets will not be tasty and you will not feel the meat in them. There's no reason to think so. Potatoes are present, but they bind the ingredients together. The absence of flour very well affects the texture of the dish and does not load the stomach so much.



Of course, we recommend eating these vegetables. In general, any meat products are well served with fresh or cooked vegetables, and for this there are reasons: they perfectly refresh the oral cavity.
