  6. Rub the pumpkin pulp on a fine grater. Mix thickened cottage cheese with grated pumpkin.


  7. Add a pinch of salt to the protein and whip to steady peaks. Couple the whipped protein with the rest of the filling.
  8. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts.
  9. Form a ball from each piece, cover it with a towel and leave it for 20 minutes.
