You can eat our today's dish as a bite with meat dishes, and just with bread. In this case, you should be ready: as you know, drinking hot pepper with ordinary water is not the best idea. For this feat, you need to prepare at least a glass (or even two) of regular fresh milk. It muffles the sharpness of the pepper, and the inexperienced eater becomes much easier.
In fact, our seasoning does not have any standard recipe. The basic ingredients are: tomatoes. Sometimes you can add a regular horseradish for sharpness. If you do not really want to add aspirin to the recipe, it can be replaced with one spoonful of vinegar. However, it can affect the final taste of the dish, which is not very like most connoisseurs.
Before you close the lid of the can with Gorloder, you need to put on top of the usual food film. However, if no active action is foreseen in the seasoning storage plans, the film can be replaced with a few spoons of ordinary vegetable oil. It will create a film of fats that do not pass air.

- 5kg tomato
- 1.5kg sweet red pepper
- 1.5kg sweet green pepper
- 300–350g peeled garlic
- 200g hot red pepper
- salt
- aspirin

- Wash and dry the tomatoes. They can't be peeled. But if you do not like tomato film in dishes, there is a simple way out of the situation: make a cross-shaped incision on each fruit and throw it into boiling water. In half a minute, take out the tape. She'll leave easily and without problems.
- All other vegetables should be washed and dried. Pass absolutely all the ingredients through a small mesh grinder. Hot pepper must be with seeds, otherwise there will be no “fire” effect. Put the vegetable mass, stir and let the salt disperse. To do this, just wait one hour before rolling the seasoning in the cans. Optimal: 30 g of salt per 1 liter of weight.
- In a mortar or other convenient container, crush aspirin into powder. Add one tablet for each can of fire from 600 to 1000 ml. Before closing the sterilized jar with a lid, cover it with several layers of food film for better safety. Gorloder stands perfectly in cool dark places and waits for his starry hour. Done!
