Perhaps the best mushroom salad, so that hopped guests please the full view

A delicious and hearty salad with tomatoes and sausage can decorate any table. It is very simple and quick to prepare. While the eggs are boiling, we cut the other ingredients, just 20 minutes - and dinner for two is ready.



Salad with tomatoes and sausage Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g sausage
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 5 mushrooms
  • parsley and green onion
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • sea-salt


Preparation
  1. Hard-boiled eggs. While the eggs are boiled, other ingredients can be cut.


  2. Free the sausage from the shell and cut the cubes.


  3. Wash the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel, remove the cutting and cut the cubes.


  4. Cool the boiled eggs, peel and cut the cubes.
  5. Put it in salad dishes.
  6. Wash and chop mushrooms with plates. Roast in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes on both sides, until golden. Place it on a paper towel to remove excess fat.


  7. Wash the greens. Add roasted mushrooms and greens to the salad.


  8. Add the mayonnaise, mix it thoroughly. Fill before serving so that the tomatoes do not give away too much moisture.

If you have chopped vegetables or at the last minute it turned out that there is no kvass or kefir at hand, prepare a salad "Okroshka" according to our recipe. The composition of the ingredients for it is almost the same as for okroshka. It tastes a bit like Olivier. However, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, green onions and dill make it juicier, lighter and fresher.
