Recipe for a young cabbage pie

In Soviet times, all women without exception wrote down good recipes in notebooks. Recently, I decided to review my mother’s cooking records and found a wonderful recipe. cabbage pie.





As it turned out, it is incredibly easy to prepare and will help with a shortage of time. Such a pie is suitable for a picnic, a light breakfast, and also complements lunch or dinner.

Fast Cabbage Cake



The ingredients
  • 500g white cabbage
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 50g dill
  • 2 tsp sesame
  • 10g butter


Preparation
  1. Sweat the cabbage, salt it, and squirt it.


  2. Add the finely sliced dill.


  3. Beat the eggs to a uniform consistency.


  4. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, flour and baking powder to the egg mixture. Knead the dough well.


  5. Lubricate the form with butter and put cabbage in it.


  6. Pour the dough over the cabbage and sprinkle it all with sesame.


  7. Place the mold in an oven heated to 180 degrees, and bake the cake for about 30 minutes before the golden crust forms.
