The ingredients
- 500g white cabbage
- 3 eggs
- 5 tbsp sour cream
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 50g dill
- 2 tsp sesame
- 10g butter
Preparation
- Sweat the cabbage, salt it, and squirt it.
- Add the finely sliced dill.
- Beat the eggs to a uniform consistency.
- Add sour cream, mayonnaise, flour and baking powder to the egg mixture. Knead the dough well.
- Lubricate the form with butter and put cabbage in it.
- Pour the dough over the cabbage and sprinkle it all with sesame.
- Place the mold in an oven heated to 180 degrees, and bake the cake for about 30 minutes before the golden crust forms.
