Unexpected guests are on the doorstep, and you have nothing in the fridge but chicken fillets? Don’t be upset, but rather start cooking the most delicious dish in a hurry! Chicken breasts baked with lemon and apples are ideal in case of sudden guests or a quick dinner.





How to cook chicken breast Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 apples
  • 15g garlic
  • 40g butter
  • 2-3 twigs of thyme
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chicken condiments
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper


Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the chicken breasts. Rub the meat with 1 teaspoon of salt. Make several deep longitudinal incisions in the chicken breasts as shown in the photo.


  2. Cut the lemon into slices and remove all the bones.


  3. Clean the garlic from the husks and cut it with thin plates.


  4. Cut the butter into small bars.


  5. Cut the apples with slices and remove the core.


  6. In each incision on the chicken, put a bar of butter, a twig of thyme and a couple of plates of garlic.


  7. Then place apple or lemon slices in the incisions. Move the chicken into a baking mould and bake in a 180-degree oven for about 25 minutes.


  8. Mix in a small container of honey, salt, pepper and seasoning for chicken. Then remove the breasts from the oven and grease them abundantly with honey mixture. Put the meat back in the oven for another 10 minutes.




Before serving, be sure to water the meat again with the juice released.
