“Whenever there is a choice in the store or in the market, I definitely buy a bone-in chicken breast with skin. Say what you like, but it turns out tastier than the usual chicken fillet, just some kind of magic.



This recipe is a very popular combination of chicken and lemon, but I also decided to add some ginger for the piquancy and use glazed oranges as a side dish. The chicken breast is delicious and festive! " - Evgeny Klopotenko shares his experience.

Chicken Breast with Oranges Ingredients
  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 20 g ginger root
  • 1 tsp dry rosemary
  • 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • 1-2 oranges
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil for frying
  • salt and pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. To begin with, the chicken breast should be marinated.
  2. To do this, squeeze out the juice of half a lemon.


  3. Then combine the grated ginger, lemon juice, dry rosemary and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl.
  4. Place the chicken breast in the marinade and leave for 15 minutes.


  5. In the meantime, prepare the oranges. Cut them into slices in a saucepan, add the juice of half a lemon and a tablespoon of sugar.


  6. Bring to a boil over low heat, then wait until the glaze thickens.
  7. Fry the breast in olive oil until golden brown.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  9. Put the meat on a baking sheet, drizzle with the oil in which it was fried and the marinade.
  10. Put the orange slices on top and put them in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  11. Serve the chicken framed with glazed oranges.
