- 250g butter
- 1 l milk
- 200g sugar
- 3 yolks
- 200g semolina
- 900g canned peaches
- 20g gelatin
- 150g sand cookie
- 1 tsp cocoa
Preparation
- Make a milky semolina porridge, constantly stirring it. Leave her to cool.
- Beat the softened butter with sugar, then add one egg yolk and keep whipping.
