It's cherries in abundance this year, so I decided to make them a delicious confit.

My grandmother lives in the village. There she has a small farm - a couple of chickens and ducks and a vegetable garden where she grows vegetables. But most of all, Grandma likes to take care of our little garden. Previously, he was cared for by his grandfather, in fact, he himself grew it: he dragged tree seedlings from wherever he could, watered, fertilized and simply cherished every tree in this garden.

When my grandparents died, my grandmother continued to take care of the garden. She cares about every tree, so the harvests every year are incredible. So, this year we have disfigured cherries, there is simply nowhere to put berries. So my grandmother and I decided to make jam. And she told me her signature. cherry-jellyby the editorial board "Site" shares with you.
