Chicken ball Ingredients
  • 3 chicken fillets (approximately 500g)
  • 250g large salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper mixture
  • 50ml cognac


Preparation
  1. Wash the chicken breasts and wipe dry. Mix salt, pepper and cognac. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices if you want a more spicy and rich taste. You can leave the fillet as a whole piece, it all depends on your preferences.




  2. If desired, you can add fragrant herbs to the marinade: Provencal herbs, thyme, basil and even crushed bay leaf are suitable. Cognac can be replaced with rum, whiskey or brandy. Place the fillet in the closing form, generously lubricating the marinade on all sides. Put the meat in the fridge for a day.

  3. Get the meat out of their fridge and wash off the spices, wipe it well. Wrap the fillet with gauze or a towel and put it in the refrigerator for another day.
  4. Enjoy the aged taste house-ball! If you do not know that the balyk is made of chicken fillet, it can easily be confused with the fish of a weak ambassador: very delicate and fragrant pieces are obtained.
