How to prepare Bolotov kvass

Kvas Bolotova on cleanliness - a drink that heals. It cleanses the gastrointestinal tract, changes its microflora, removes radionuclides, heavy metals from cells, improves vision and skin condition, increases the hormonal activity of the glands.

Bolotov believed that such a kvass can be rejuvenated. He proved that celandine when fermented in a lactic acid medium loses its toxic properties, but does not lose healing.

This kvass is better than many drugs. During the course of treatment with the drink, noticeable changes occur in the body: the number of young cells increases, toxins and salts are removed, pathogenic bacteria are killed, weakened organs are restored.

Kvas Bolotova Ingredients
  • 3 liters of boiled spring water at room temperature or 3 liters of milk whey
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh or dried celandine
  • 1 tbsp sour cream


Preparation
  1. Pour half a can of water. Stir the sour cream in it.



  2. Sprinkle chopped celandine on gauze. Roll it up and put it in a jar. In order for celandine to sink to the bottom, you can put a small pebble inside the gauze.



  3. Fill the jar to the brim. Cover her with gauze. And put it in a dark place to wander.





In about two weeks, the kvass will be ready. During the fermentation period, it is periodically necessary to remove the film. As soon as it ceases to form, kvass can be drunk. Store the finished drink in the refrigerator to save kvassage.





The first two weeks should take one tablespoon of kvass 30 minutes before meals three times a day. Then half a cup for a month, but only once a day. After the first course, you need to take a break for 2 months.
