  • 3 potatoes

  • 1l kefir
  • 150g lean cottage cheese

  • dill


Preparation
  1. Boil potatoes, eggs and carrots.
  2. Clean them up and chop them with cubes.
  3. Stir these vegetables and fill them with kefir.
  4. Pour the vegetable mixture with mineral water.
  5. Add the cottage cheese and stir everything.
  6. Cut the radish and fresh cucumber and add to the other vegetables.

Banana cheesecakes



The ingredients
  • 500g lean cottage cheese
  • 100g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100g sugar
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 ripe bananas


Preparation
  1. To make the cottage cheese uniform and easier to mix with other ingredients, pass it through a sieve.
  2. Stir cottage cheese, egg, flour, sugar and baking powder.
  3. Cut the bananas with a fork and add them to the curd mass, stir.
  4. Roll the little balls. To prevent the dough from sticking, wet your hands with water.
  5. Fry the cheesecakes in vegetable oil until they turn brown.
  6. Eat fragrant cheesecakes with sour cream, it is very tasty.


Apricot mousse



You can drink it at any time of the day. This dessert will not leave you indifferent, except that you have an intolerance to apricots.

The ingredients
  • 0.5 kg of apricots
  • 4 tsp gelatin
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 200ml whipped cream
  • 3 egg whites
  • 5 almond nuts
  • 1 tsp lemon peel
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


Preparation
  1. Wash the fruit and remove the bones.
  2. Cook apricots for 10 minutes to soften.
  3. Cool and grind a blender to a puree state.
