Korugi massage technique

The technique was developed in Japan for face lifts. In fact, this is plastic, made not by a surgeon, but by his own hands.

Its main feature is that it affects the bones of the skull, not only the skin and muscles. That is why "coruga" is translated as "manual plastic surgery". Its developer believes that the bones of the skull also sag under the influence of gravity, and behind them – and muscles and skin. This is how ptosis is formed.

In Japan, the so-called “little face” is appreciated. It can be easily obtained with this massage. That is, not splashed, but gathered, tightened. 70% of massage time goes to work with the skull and neckline area, and only 30% to work with the face.

The creator of this technique, Chiyo Hayashi, president of the Japanese Association for Bone Disease, says the following: “By stimulating facial bones, we correct their position, eliminate swelling and sagging, improve blood circulation and lymph exchange.”

Before starting the massage, be sure to apply massage oil to the face so that there is no irritation on the skin. Most often used olive or coconut.

  1. Lifting cheeks and cheekbones
Stick your finger in the zygomatic bones with your phalanges folded in your fists, placing them under your cheeks. Then press up. Hold on for 10 seconds. Relax your hands. Repeat it 10 times. For better effect, put your elbows on the table. Resist yourself with your head against your hands.

  2. Cheek lift
Put your hands in the lock, so that the thumbs are spread out and next to each other.

Place them on the cheek area so that the tip of the thumb of the right hand is at the inner angle of the left eye. Slowly move your fingers with a little pressure towards your ear, as if pushing your cheekbone away.

Then place your thumb in a hole under the earlobe, slightly press and swipe down from the ear to the base of the neck. Thus, you will perform the diversion of the lymph from the cavity behind the earlobe along the lateral parts of the neck to the jugular fossa.

  3. Eliminating the double chin
This exercise will help to make the contour of the face clearer. Cover the chin in the center of the joints of the middle and ring fingers.

Slip first down from the chin to the collarbone all over the neck.

Then along the line of the jaw from the center of the chin to the ears along the entire length of the neck.

Japanese corrugated massage It is recommended to perform in the morning. Not necessarily on an empty stomach. This is due to the fact that exercise leads to a rush of blood to the area of exposure. And at first, swelling can be observed.

Massage of face corrugates It must be combined with exercises on posture and neck statics. Everything in the body is interconnected. No matter how much we grind and rub the skin of the face, clamps in the neck and slouching will not allow the lymph to go away, the blood will circulate poorly.

The clamps need to be eliminated, otherwise the facial muscles will receive poor nutrition and will not be able to return to physiological tone and take the correct position.
