    When buying an avocado, you should pay attention to the color of the place under the peduncle. Green indicates that the fruit will finish in a couple of days. Brown indicates an overripe avocado.

  2. Meat.
    The first thing to do when choosing pork, beef, lamb or poultry is to sniff. Fresh meat smells good. Fresh veal, for example, smells like steamed milk. This also applies to minced meat: it is supposed to smell like meat, not spices or garlic.
