Apple cheese ingredients
- 1.5kg apple
- 300g sugar
- 50g nuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
- Wash the apples well and slice them.
- Put the slices in the pan and add the sugar.

- After the allotted time, put the pan on the fire and cook the apples on a slow heat.
- Then beat the apples with a blender to a homogeneous mass.
- Pour the remaining sugar and boil until thick jam at a time or in several stages for a couple of days.
- Add also crushed nuts and cinnamon and add a few sliced apples. Don't forget to stir the jam.
- Now moisten the gauze in water and cover it with a deep container and lay out the apple mass.
- Form a mug of cheese and put it under the press for a day. The final step is to dry the cheese. Prepare the parchment and put ready cheese on it, then leave to dry for a few days, periodically turning over.
