  • 500ml kefir
  • 250 ml of milk

  • 2kg wheat flour


Preparation

  4. Pour the flour into a deep container. In the middle, make a depression for that very mixture of a liter jar.



  5. Mix the dough using enough flour to keep it soft. Then cover with a towel and leave in a warm place.   6. Divide the dough into equal parts (we have 16 identical pieces). Make the balls out of the dough.
