  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


Preparation
  1. Cut the pink salmon fillet into pieces, then grind in a blender and mix with the cream cheese until uniform. Also grind dill and add to the resulting mass.



  2. Then take a small pot and heat the water in it. Add gelatin to the water and warm the mixture over a small heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.



  3. Prepare silicone molds, lubricating them with vegetable oil. After that, quickly mix the gelatin with the fish mass and fill the resulting mixture with the form. Next, cover the molds with food film and remove the snack in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.



  4. Serve a ready-made snack with vegetables. Cut the vegetables in small cubes and roast in olive oil over a medium heat for 5 minutes. At the end, add lemon juice to the vegetable mixture.





Salmon Snack Recipe Ingredients
  • 4 avocados
  • 140g salmon
  • 140g shrimp
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise


Preparation
