The ingredients
  • 500g fish fillets (mintai, cod, pangasius)
  • 4 tbsp potato starch
  • 2 tbsp dry seaweed
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 100 ml of water


Preparation
  1. Cut the fish fillet into pieces, remove the bones.


  2. Dry seaweed ground in a coffee grinder or blender. It can be replaced with crab spices, which in this case will act as the main flavoring.
  3. Grind in a blender or pass through the meat grinder pieces of fish.


  4. Add ground seaweed, soy sauce and paprika to the mince. Stir it.
  5. Put the mince in the pan, add 50 ml of water so as not to burn. Stir it to a boil.
  6. Dilute in 50 ml of water starch and add to the mince. Cook it to thicken.
  7. Transfer the finished mass into a rectangular shape, cool, cut in the form of sticks and freeze.
