Coffee and dairy bread Ingredients
- 300g flour
- 50g brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 1 egg
- 30g butter
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 150 ml of milk
Preparation
- First you need to mix in a mixer bowl sifted flour with sugar and sea salt. 141826.
- Then dissolve the coffee in slightly heated milk. Once the coffee pellets are completely dissolved, add our coffee-milk mixture to the flour. We also send yeast and put an egg in there. After that, stir everything with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Next, add a piece of butter to the bowl and mix the dough again with a mixer. Then lay the dough on the table and a couple of minutes knead hands to make it more elastic and malleable. And after that, we put it in a glass bowl, cover it with food film and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.
- At the end of the hour, we put aside all worldly affairs and worries and run to see how much our dough has grown. If it has doubled in size, we continue to do magic. We lay the dough on the working surface, sprinkle a little flour and pluck it, forming a small cake. Then we cut the cake into equal parts. And then from each part we form a small ball.
- When all the blanks are formed, cover them with food film and leave them for 15 minutes to grow a little. After that, we knead each workpiece and re-form it into a smooth ball. Next, cover the form for baking with parchment and lay out blanks in it at a distance of about 2 cm.
- And again we cover the shape with food film. It remains to wait another 60 minutes, and it will be possible to send blanks with a calm soul to the oven heated to 180 degrees. By the way, before that, do not forget to remove the food film from the form and slightly sprinkle the buns with flour. And as for baking bread, you will not have to wait long. Just 15 minutes - and you can get a fragrant muffin from the oven.
