- 300g chicken hearts
- 300g chicken stomachs
- 30g gelatin
- 200-300g chicken fillet
- 300g chicken liver

Preparation
- Cut the guts in small pieces.
- Mix them in a bowl, add salt, pepper and your favorite seasonings.
- Unlike chicken legs, giblets do not have gelling properties. So we'll have to add about 30 grams of gelatin.
- Mix everything to a homogeneous state. Leave it for 20 minutes.
