Salad, so that the husband fell in love again and appreciated the culinary talent of his wife

The opportunity to offer readers a truly delicious salad does not occur as often as we would like. All the more happy I am to imagine an omelet and chicken breast salad. In my personal hit parade, he, it is scary to say, squeezed herring under a fur coat and takes the place immediately behind His Majesty Olivier.



And this is not surprising: pickled onions do not bitter at all (you can not regret it), omelet goes well with chicken meat, and the salad turns out to be very hearty and may well replace the main dish.

Omelette salad Ingredients
  • 500g chicken fillet
  • 3-4 large bulbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 can of corn
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp 9% vinegar
  • 1-2 bay leaves
  • salt and pepper


Preparation
  1. Cut the onions with thin half rings, salty, peppery, add a spoonful of vinegar and pour boiling water for 30 minutes.


  2. Wash the thawed breast under running water.
  3. Send the meat to a pot of boiling water. When the liquid boils again, add salt, pepper, bay leaf and a pair of onion rings. Save the chicken and leave it in the broth for 20 minutes.


  4. Beat an egg in a bowl with salt, pepper and milk. Roast 3-4 pancakes (depending on the diameter of the pan).


  5. Roll the pancakes into a tube and cut into thin strips that resemble homemade noodles.


  6. Cut the boiled fillet in small pieces or divide with a fork into fibers.


  7. Open a jar of corn and drain the excess liquid.


  8. Mix in a large bowl chicken, corn, strips of omelet and pickled onions.


  9. Fill it with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper, mix it thoroughly.


  10. Send to the refrigerator to infuse for 15-20 minutes.
  11. Fit and delicious salad with omelet ready, pleasant appetite!
