  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
  1. The leaves of the salad tear into arbitrary large pieces.


  2. Bulgarian pepper is cut in cubes.
  3. Cucumbers and tomatoes are cut in cubes or slices. Stir vegetables with lettuce leaves.


  4. Next, finely cut cilantro and mint for filling.
  5. To the greens add finely sliced onions and garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and sumah.
