- 100g boiled beets
- 130g flour
- 300 ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 400g fat curd

- Boil 2 small beets in slightly salted water. Cool, clean, and then cut into small pieces and shreds with a blender.
