Why cook Italian grissini with garlic

  3. Wrap the dough in film and leave it in the fridge for half an hour.



  4. Take out the dough and roll in a thin layer. Cut the stripes. You can leave the blanks like this, or you can spiral.



  5. Now we have to make the sauce. Rub the garlic, add some water and Provencal herbs. Sprinkle the blanks with sauce and sprinkle with sesame. 294183

If desired, the sprinkle and sauce can be safely varied. Great choice - oregano and cheese! But the amount of salt should be adjusted at your discretion. Some people like a saltier product, while others like 1 tsp. too much.
