Instructions for preparing a layered cheese dough

Homemade. pastry - very useful. With it, you can cook a whole mountain of pastries: desserts, second courses, snacks. Our current recipe is this: it can be useful for any reason.



Just add the stuffing you like and voila, you'll get a delicious dish. It is believed that this dough was invented in the XVII century, so be calm - dishes that can be prepared from it, enough for you for a very long time.

Layer cheese dough Ingredients
  • 250g flour
  • 250g homemade cottage cheese
  • 150g butter
  • 0.25 tsp salt


Preparation
  1. Take some fat cottage cheese. Mix it with the oil to a homogeneous mass. Add salt and sifted flour.


  2. Knead the dough and roll into the collar. Then stick it in film and put it in the refrigerator overnight, rest. If time permits, keep the dough in the refrigerator for about a day.


  3. Basically, the dough is done. You just have to use it properly. Here you go. first: pinch a few pieces the size of a walnut from the dough. Roll or cut into strips, put on the batter in the oven, hot to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes and get very tasty and tender layers. They are well served with jam, jam, chocolate paste, cheese or pesto. Choose the stuffing to your taste.


  4. Here. second-way. Roll the dough and cut the mugs. Lower yolk and powder. Place another circle on top of it and anoint it with jam or honey. Cut the mugs on the edges of the flower.


  5. Third way.. Thinly roll the dough. Sprinkle it with sugar and cinnamon, roll it into a roll and cut it. Then anoint the yolk and quickly bake in the oven.
