Why stew meat with mushrooms

Today we will tell you how to quickly cook meat with mushrooms to feed a hungry family at once. We guarantee that even the most tired hostess will easily cope with this dish!

How to Cook Meat with Mushrooms Ingredients
  • 0.5 kg beef meat
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 0.5 kg of champignons
  • 1 tbsp. l. flour
  • 6 tbsp. l. refined sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • spices to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 3 cloves of garlic


Preparation
  1. The first step is to thoroughly rinse the meat and dry it. Then cut the beef into medium-sized slices and sauté in preheated sunflower oil, turning on medium heat. It is necessary to fry the meat for about 10 minutes, maximum 15. And do not forget to stir it periodically so that it does not burn.





  2. Then add 1/3 cup of boiled water to the meat and bring everything to a boil. To soften tough meat, cover it and simmer over low heat for half an hour. If the water boils off too quickly and the meat remains too tough, add another portion of the water.





  3. While the meat is stewing, peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Then rinse and cut the mushrooms. Take a separate skillet and heat some sunflower oil in it. In hot oil, fry the onion until golden, and then add chopped mushrooms and quite a bit of water to the onion (2 tablespoons will be quite enough).

    Salt the vegetable mixture and add spices to taste. Then mix everything well and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.





  4. Next, add flour with sour cream to the mushrooms and onions and mix everything again. Then pour the vegetable mixture with an incomplete glass of hot water and bring it to a boil. After boiling, cover the mushrooms with a lid, reduce the heat and tom in the pan for another 15 minutes.

    Add chopped garlic to the meat 5 minutes until fully cooked.







The mushroom stew goes well with boiled potatoes or rice. A light vegetable salad will help to dilute the richness of taste.
