  • 400g champignon
  • onion 1 pc (large)
  • 4 tsp starch
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 80ml soy sauce
  • 200 ml of water
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • vegetable-oil
  • salt, ginger, chili pepper, white pepper - to taste


Preparation
  1. Of course, it all starts with a chicken breast. Cut it in pieces about a centimeter thick, spread an egg and add two teaspoons of starch.



  2. The next step is refueling. Mix soy sauce with salt, sugar and water, you can slightly salt now and at the end. Don't forget to add pepper.



  3. Grind the onions, peppers, garlic and ginger. You should be careful with ginger. If there is a bias against it, then it is better not to put it at all. Wash the mushrooms and cut them in quarters, big. If it's small, don't worry.



  4. It's time to fry. Prepare two pans: one will blush chicken, the other - vegetables and mushrooms. Start with the chicken. Pour the oil on the heated pan, then lay out the meat and fry until golden. In the second pan, pour the oil from the pan with chicken and lay out the vegetables. Roast them on a high heat for about five minutes.



  5. Now add meat to the vegetables and pour the dressing. Bring on a strong fire to a boil and cover the lid, let it remain in this position for 5 minutes. Then add two more teaspoons of starch. Before that, you can dilute it with water to better dissolve. Cook for another two minutes, stirring constantly. Done!
