Why is processed cheese sold as plates?

Cheese Roulettes are the original solution for a summer picnic or country party. They will be a real find for those who do not have free time, but want to surprise guests with something tasty.





To prepare this savory treat, you will need only melted cheese in plates, fresh greens, some cottage cheese and Korean carrots.

Cheese Roulette Ingredients
  • plate-packing
  • 150g cottage cheese
  • 150g carrots in Korean
  • dill
  • green-onion


Preparation
  1. Remove processed cheese in plates from the refrigerator, but do not rush to remove it from the film. I'll explain why later.


  2. Carrots in Korean can be taken ready or cooked yourself according to our recipe.


  3. If the carrot pieces are very long, cut them finely. Then mix it with cheese. You can add crushed dill.


  4. Open the plate of melted cheese on top, but do not remove the film.



    Put a teaspoon of cooked filling on the edge. No more: the roulette will turn out too thick, and a slice of cheese can break.





    Spread the filling over the cheese plate.

  5. Without removing the packaging film from under the cheese, start folding it. The film will help to do this carefully and will avoid breaking the record.


  6. Tie the finished roulette with a stem of greens or a feather of green onions.
  7. Send the snack for an hour in the fridge or for 10-15 minutes in the freezer.


  8. Serve a chilled, pleasant appetite!
