This snack is prepared quickly and simply, but it turns out to be tender and appetizing. It will quickly satisfy your appetite and make your sandwich a full snack.

Egg Pate Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 bulbs
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 30g nuts
  • 50g butter
  • 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation

  3. Warm up the vegetable oil in the pan. Add the onions, garlic, a pinch of sugar, butter, salt and pepper.

  6. Cool and grind with a blender.


  7. Cut the boiled eggs in big pieces.
  8. Send chopped eggs and fried onions with garlic to the blender bowl. Grind to a pasta state.
