Salad "Pulture", which was served at the second wedding of mother-in-law instead of "Olivier"

Satisfying and quite simple salad "Glutton" with chicken became popular among our hostess in Soviet times. The good of some special products for him is not required: carrots, onions, garlic, pickles and meat, which is available.





Today we offer to prepare a version of this salad with chicken. They say that he will easily feed even the most insatiable glutton. And can you replace the famous olive and herring under a fur coat on the festive table?

Salad "Glutton" with chicken Ingredients
  • 500g chicken fillet
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 bulbs
  • 10 small pickles
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • dillbundle
  • salt, pea pepper, ground pepper and bay leaf to taste
  • mayonnaise
  • vegetable-oil


Preparation
  1. Put chicken fillets in the boiling water. Add bay leaf, pea pepper and salt. Cook for 15-30 minutes depending on the size of the pieces.
  2. Check readiness with a fork. It should easily enter the meat, and the juice that will stand out should be almost transparent.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the onions and carrots with half rings with straw.


  4. Passeurize in a large amount of oil onions and carrots. Carrots should become soft, then the roast can be salted.


  5. Throw away passered vegetables on a sieve to get rid of excess oil.


  6. Cube cold meat and pickles.


  7. Mix in a large bowl meat, roast, cucumbers. Leave some roast to decorate the salad.


  8. Squeeze garlic in mayonnaise, add ground pepper, stir.
  9. Add to the salad sliced fine dill and mayonnaise with spices.
