Preparation

  3. Having done the above, squeeze the lemon juice into the already swollen gelatin and mix well. We pour gelatinous mass and water with jam into the blender and whip everything to uniformity. Base ready! We pour the resulting liquid mass into the molds. It remains only to place them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that the marmalade is completely frozen.



  4. If desired, the finished marmalade can be dumped in sesame or sugar. The taste is fundamentally not affected, but the appearance of marmalade will become even more pleasant.
