Originally, the Three Glass apple pie caught my attention with the simplicity of the recipe and the availability of ingredients. At the same time, it turned out to be unexpectedly tasty, the first time and without problems. And the most difficult thing to cook was — you won’t believe it — to grate apples.





Three Glass Pie Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp manki
  • 1.2 kg sour apples
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder with slide
  • vanillin
  • 0.5 lemons
  • 100g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • baking-piece


Preparation
  1. Mix the loose ingredients. The very three glasses after which the cake is named: flour, semolina and sugar. To keep the balance between sweetness and sourness of apples, sugar can be taken 15% less than in the recipe. Add a pinch of vanillin, baking powder and stir.


  2. Peel off the skin and grind the apples. Add cinnamon to the apples. If they are not acidic, squeeze the juice of half a lemon.

  3. Bed to the bottom of the mold for baking parchment paper. Oil her.


  4. Divide the dry mixture into 4 equal parts. Pour one part into the mold and distribute throughout its area in an even layer.


  5. Next, lay out and level a third of the grated apples.
  6. Next, the whole procedure should be repeated 2 more times: dry mixture, apples, dry mixture, apples and the last layer of dry mixture.


  7. Well, if the apples let the juice out. It can be poured from above to soak all the layers. This will cement the cake and make it wetter. If the apples are sluggish and did not let the juice, you can slightly water the cake with milk.
  8. On the top layer of the dry mixture, rub hardened butter.


  9. Send the form to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes.


  10. Let the cake cool. Remove the detachable form and cut it with portion pieces.
